European Journey
In 2014, Eoin was signed by West Bromwich Albion in England. Progressing through the academy from U14s to the U23s in 2020. During this time he trained daily in a professional environment, devolping alongside and competing against Europe's most promising talent and at just 15 years old he achieved his first silverware becoming Floodlit Premier League Cup champion.
Eoin competed in multiple prestigious international tournaments across France, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Greece gaining invaluable experience against diverse playing styles and top level competition.
In England he competed in the U18s and u23s Premier League against the likes of Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea, which honed his technical precision, tactical awareness and mental resilience. This period in Eoin's career instilled the professionalism, discipline and elite level standards that now form the foundation of his coaching philosophy, allowing him to bring European level insight and training to developing players in Australia.
Senior Career
Eoin continued his career in senior football, representing Heidelberg United (2021-2024). Qualifying past the round of 32 in the Australia Cup on two occasions and Dockerty Cup runners up in 2024. His time in senior football refined his understanding of the game, combining leadership, resilience and elite level match experience.
